Is there a way to procedually generate a map

I am working on a map game and I'm wondering if there is a way to make a function that procedually generates a map out of tiles. (I'm using microscript as a language)

There are many examples of procedural map generation in microStudio and there is actually "procedural" tag,
go to explore section expand tag bar and select "procedural" to explore projects with that theme.

Now, jokes aside - word/map generation is a huge topic that had whole books written about it. There's an example project shared by GeorgeWdF, in which he uses Wave Function Collapse to generate a simple world. https://microstudio.dev/i/GeorgeWdF/wfcmapbuilder/
