Recently there have been a lot of bots and some technically aren't breaking the rules but when they do if you have discord tag a staff member and tell the username and what they have done that's either against the rules or just illegal like a recent bot that I reported was posting links to card cloning and many other illegal things.

I think gilles is doing his best but he may not have a lot of time that's why its better to report in discord since he gets notifications
Yes, it is best to inform him via discord. I should scroll more through the community and report stuff, but we got a handful of them down, and reporting via discord helps making it easier for everyone.
