Collaborator Chat

Just a private messaging system between collaborators on a project. An example of where this would be useful is in Street fighters (autoshot production) by Kaish, where the file source/talkingpage.ms is used for developer communication. A similar situation can be seen in Public Collab by me, but with the file assets/updates.txt. If this were implemented, or another way to message other users, I would find it very useful.

You would write messages through the plugin - and it would save the messages to a file in the project.
