I Need Help Balancing The Quests In My Game

Recently, I made an inventory system, a crafting system, and quests in my game, Gunventure. I think it helps with the flow of the game and makes it more fun to play. However, the quests may be a little bit unbalanced. Should I get rid of the island-specific quests, or should I keep them? Is there anything else I need to change about the quests?
