Can someone explain how to make 3D projects?

I really want to try to make a 3D game.

I'm pretty sure your supposed to make models and them you can import them and then you can make a 3d game or if you want you can make a raycasting game.

I found a 3d engine called 3d engine just look it up and you'll find it
