Is there something that can generate a sprite with animations?

I am running out of ideas. And I hope there is something to make boss that is size 128x128 that has animations. I do not want to pay money, but is there a way?

The best way is to do it yourself, even if you think it's not very good. You can ask people to make it for you, but they'll probably ask for money. AI doesn't do very well with pixel art, but you may be able to provide a pixel art interface to an LLM via LangGraph.
