I need your help

Hi guys, I am bit new to this whole code thing and I am trying to create a game like the Oregon trail, but you are trying to get to college instead. I am supposed to have the people travel in a car and face problems like running out of gas and stuff like that. All the code needs to be in Python and I have no idea where to start and what I should write. Could any of you help me write a code for this?

First i think you should switch to micro script because most of the things that can help you on this website are micro script and if you still want to stay in python watch those YouTube videos and i think python is really hard for beginners so you can still learn it but it your choice
