How to draw things in python

I've been trying to find out how to draw sprites in my game, but when I try to do so it's "a name error" and wont let me draw a sprite. Once again anyone who knows how to do it is gatekeeping all the working tutorials. Can't find anything about it online. Also I tried to look for inspiration from Tiberius game and it doesn't work for me. It shows "Attribute Error" when I try to draw sprites the same way Tiberius did.
