How do i fix "relay server not available"

So im using networking and its showing "relay server not available" is that a microstudio issue or a me issue that i can fix? Also i couldn't find anything in docs that talk about this.

I don't think it is something we can fix. I am waiting for it also. It was up about a week ago.
