How can I make online games?

i'm brazilian kid and here we have a app called whatzap, a message app , in my class everyone has a computer for studying but we hide and use them under our desks then we can't talk so I'm making a game that is a message game called Zap Zap but I don't know how to make online games and I didn't found a tutorial...
