fade out not working

link:https://microstudio.dev/projects/2254contactwithdontis/code/ when I set fade to 1 and slowly decrease the value to supposed 0 to make the logo slowly fading, I also prints the fade variable, but the value is always -6.175615574477433e-16, please help me with the fade out progress. Thank you.
