Can someone help me fix my shop code?

In my game, every 3 waves of enemies, an ability shop is supposed to appear. For some reason, it stopped working. Can someone help me with it? I've been trying for a while and I still can't figure out how to fix it. You can view the code using the public link below.

The shop still isn't working. I have no idea it's not, there's nothing saying that it shouldn't. Can I have some help?
