Can i make a adaptive ai?

i and my friend just need to know because i attempted to but the code just doesn’t work for me so is it possible?

Theoretically, it's possible, but it's difficult and requires a high level of knowledge to do one, and it's not worth it anyway.

in order to make something like chatGPT you would need a way to scan the internet and train an ai, which would take a lot of time and im not sure if that's realistically possible on microstudio

ChatGPT doesn't scan the internet it actually has a bunch of small AI's that are only versed in on field teach it that field

You mean the AI that you train to do something and reward it when it does something right and take the reward away when it does something wrong?
