RGB colors are not working

So I am making a project and I choose a green color on the color picker and it picks like blue when I choose a shade of green.

I want to address that it does not work normally like tweaking the values and using another color encoding.

The color picker is indeed sometimes off by one stop. This bothers me too sometimes. I remember struggling to get it right when I implemented it. I failed to figure out why it is not as precise as it should. I will look into it again!
